Core Function:
The U-shaped radiant tube is a core heating component for industrial indirect-fired furnaces. Featuring an integrated U-shaped design and utilizing the principle of indirect infrared radiant heating, it completely isolates the heat source from the furnace’s internal operating environment, offering significant advantages.
Application Fields:
· Heating furnace equipment for production lines such as steel strip annealing, hot-dip galvanizing, and silicon steel heat treatment
· Industrial furnaces with protective atmospheres for workpiece carburizing, nitriding, quenching, tempering, etc
· Furnaces for drying, sintering, and annealing ceramic, enamel, and glass products
· Clean heating applications requiring medium-to-high temperatures, such as the annealing of electronic materials and the drying of chemical powders
Key performance parameters:
· Core Material: Standard ZG40Cr25Ni20 (HK40); optional 310S or high-end Incoloy alloys
· Operating temperature: 1050–1100°C for continuous operation, 1150°C for short-term peaks
· Standard specifications: pipe diameter φ80–φ165 mm, wall thickness 8–15 mm, seamless one-piece construction
· Suitable Operating Conditions: Supports customization for gas or electric heating; compatible with various inert or reducing protective atmospheres
