Recently, Andritz—a renowned international equipment manufacturer—visited our company for an on-site inspection. The two parties conducted a field tour and engaged in in-depth technical discussions covering topics such as product manufacturing processes and quality control.
During the visit, the delegation conducted on-site inspections of the production workshops, sheet metal and welding areas, machining and casting sections, and warehouse material handling zones. They examined the entire process—from component machining and assembly to quality inspection—paying particular attention to the practical operations regarding core components (such as furnace rolls, radiant tubes, and three-roll/six-arm assemblies). Key areas of focus included manufacturing processes, material quality control, the translation of engineering drawings into production specifications, outsourced supplier management, and warehouse inventory control.
Following the on-site tour, both parties proceeded to the conference room for a discussion. We briefed the visiting clients on our company’s development and our end-to-end production management system. Drawing on international project standards, the visiting representatives offered professional insights and suggestions for improvement regarding process optimization, delivery timelines, and risk management.
Through this inspection and exchange, the Andritz representatives gained a more intuitive and comprehensive understanding of our company’s integrated capabilities, thereby deepening mutual trust. Both parties reached multiple consensuses regarding the progress of current projects, the coordination of future business, and the alignment of technical standards.
